  4. Arch your neck and look up slowly
  5. Put pressure on your toes by pressing on the floor. (Take them out to fully experience Cobra)
  6. Hold this posture for 5 to 10 seconds.
  7. Now get back slowly with exhaling.
  8. Repeat it 3 times is enough. 

Precautions 

  • The people having spine-related problems, bhujangasana is not recommended for them. 
  • Pregnant women should avoid this yoga pose because this posture puts a lot of pressure on the lower abdomen.
  • Serious asthma patients should avoid Bhujangasana or take guidance from the specialist.
  • If you are suffering from stomach ailments like ulcers etc., then also take proper guidance from a specialist before attempting Bhujangasana.
