How to do Prana mudra
1- First of all, place a mat on the ground and sit on it in Padmasana or Siddhasana.
2- Make sure that your spine is straight.
3- Now put both your hands on your knees and the palms should be towards the sky.
4- Now connect the tip of your thumb with the tip of the smallest finger and the ring finger.
5- Make sure that there is not too much pressure between these two fingers.
6- Should pay attention to breathing. Breathing is must.
7- In this state, you should stay for 45 minutes.
Best time to do this mudra
Do this mudra for at least 45 minutes. Practicing this mudra in the morning and evening is more fruitful. If it is not possible to do 45 minutes at a time, then you can do 20-20 minutes in the morning and afternoon.
